PLACING ORDERS
RESERVING ITEMS IN YOUR BASKET
Items in your basket are reserved for a period of 24 hours. After this time they are made available to other shoppers. You may find that your basket has been automatically emptied once 24 hours has elapsed.

CHANGING AN ORDER
Items in your basket can be added or removed at any time before your order has been confirmed. Once you have placed your order, you will have to cancel the entire order should you wish to change, add or remove an item. Please be aware that you have 24 hours to cancel an order once it's been placed.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
You have 24 hours within which you can cancel an order should you need to. To do so, go to the 'My Account' page. Once 24 hours has elapsed after placing your order, you will no longer be able to cancel. However, once you have received your order, you will have 15 days to return your items and claim a refund.

CONFIRMING YOUR ODER
Your order is confirmed as soon as it appears in your 'My Account' page. You will receive a confirmation email with an order number as well as a summary of all the items in your basket.

PAYMENT
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your order with:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express)
To enable speedy purchases in future, we suggest that you save your payment details on our website when you place an order. If your card details have changed, go to the 'My Accounts' page to update your details.

We don't currently facilitate payments in instalments.

SECURE PAYMENT
We use the Stripe Payment Platform and Paypal which both use the very latest technology to ensure all payments are secure. We do not have access to your bank account details, as all payments are handled by Stripe.

IF YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN REFUSED
Please try to make payment using an alternative card.

YOUR INVOICES
All transactions are visible on the 'My Account' page.

DELIVERY & ORDER TRACKING
COUNTRIES, SHIPPING METHODS, DURATION AND FEES

* Please allow 5 to 10 working days after your order has been confirmed for it to arrive.
**Please be aware that all orders exceeding $780 will be subject to additional government duties and fees in the USA
These charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes you will be charged upon delivery


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order.

You can also follow your order on the 'My Account/My Orders' page:
Preparing: We are lovingly putting together your order in our warehouse
Dispatched: Your package has been handed to our courier and they are getting your delivery to you
Estimated delivery date: Estimated date on which your package should arrive at your chosen location
Delivered: Your package has been delivered to your home.

LOST PACKAGE

YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO SENDER

Unfortunately, once your package has been returned to our studio, it cannot be re-sent to you, and you will be automatically refunded within 7 working days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS

Whilst we hope you adore your Ipakshi purchases, If for any reason you wish to return any part of your order, you must notify us within 5 working days of receipt.

If you wish to exchange an item, it must be returned for a full refund and then an alternative purchased separately.

Returns can only be accepted for items that are unworn, in saleable condition, with all labels still attached, in the original packaging.


Please follow the steps below for returns:

  1. Email hello@ipakshi.com with your order number within 5 working days of receipt of your order. If there's a fault with the item, please attach an image of the fault.
  2. We will send you a confirmation email along with the address to return the item/s to.
  3. Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send your order back, containing your invoice and products. Return shipping will be at your cost.
  4. Once we receive the returned item/s, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Allow up to 5 working days to see the funds appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
  5. Responsibility for any returned items will only be confirmed once they have been signed for as returned. If items are being returned internationally, please ensure that they are marked as a return as Ipakshi will accept no responsibility for any duties or taxes due from incorrectly marked shipments.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, it must be returned for a full refund and then an alternative purchased separately.
